Disability Discrimination Ordinance The Disability Discrimination Ordinance (DDO) was enacted in 1995 and came into operation in 1996 for the elimination of discrimination against persons, on the grounds of disability, in various areas such as employment, accommodation, education, access to premises, partnerships, vocational training, clubs and sporting organisations.
