Сознательное злоупотребление тем или иным должностным лицом своим служебным положением, которое серьезно нарушает охраняемые законом права или интересы того или иного лица, предприятия, агентства или организации или ущемляет национальные интересы, наказывается штрафом или лишением свободы на срок до трех лет.
