Notices shall be deemed delivered: if sent by facsimile, upon receipt by the sender of a transmission report from its facsimile machine confirming receipt of the message by recipient's facsimile machine, or if delivered via commercial courier service, at the date of signing of the document on receipt of such notice and shall take effect only when actually received by the recipient, provided they do not violate and are not contrary to any term of this Customer Agreement.
